The opening Symposium is entitled “Hearing loss: from inner ear biology to the development of innovative therapeutic approaches.” The workshop that follows will be focused on the genetics, pathology and therapies of the inner ear, highlighting the importance of bridging basic research into clinical application. Speakers will give stimulating talks that will lay the groundwork for discussions and contribute to further translational activities.
